For everyone else

Not sure where you fit?
That's okay.

Coaching doesn't require a title or a neat category. If you're navigating something and want a guide who's been down a few roads — let's talk.

Who this is for

Sometimes you just know you need a coach.

Maybe you're transitioning into tech from another field. Maybe you're a product manager, a designer, or a technical recruiter trying to figure out your next move. Maybe you're earlier in your career and not sure which direction to point yourself. Maybe you're thinking about starting something.

Not every coaching need fits neatly into a box — and you shouldn't have to fit yourself into one just to get help. If what you're working through is related to work, career, leadership, or growth in any direction, I'm happy to have a conversation about whether I can help.

The worst that happens is we talk for 30 minutes and I point you toward someone better suited. That's a pretty low-risk conversation.

"You don't need to have it all figured out before you reach out. Figuring it out together is kind of the whole point."

Things people bring to coaching

Career transitions

Moving into tech, switching roles, or figuring out what's next after a big change.

Feeling stuck

You know something needs to change but you're not sure what — or where to start.

Clarity on direction

Too many options, not enough signal. Working through decisions about what to pursue and why.

Workplace challenges

Difficult relationships, political dynamics, or situations where you're not sure how to navigate.

Personal leadership growth

Becoming a better communicator, decision-maker, or collaborator — regardless of your title.

Starting something new

Thinking about a side project, a career pivot, or building something of your own. Working through the first steps.

What coaching actually looks like

A real conversation, not a formula

I don't use a one-size-fits-all coaching model. Every person's situation is different, and the most useful thing I can do is show up fully present to yours — not walk you through a pre-built curriculum.

What I bring is 25 years of lived experience across software engineering, leadership, and organizational psychology — combined with genuine curiosity about your situation and where you want to go. That combination tends to surface things that are hard to see on your own.

Sessions are typically 45–60 minutes, held virtually, and paced based on what you need. Some people benefit from regular weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Others come in for a few focused conversations around a specific decision or challenge. We'll figure out what fits.

How it works

Start with a conversation

Free intro call — 30 minutes

Tell me what's going on. I'll ask questions, share what I'm hearing, and we'll figure out together whether coaching makes sense — and whether I'm the right person for it.

Figure out the fit

If we both think this could be useful, we'll talk through what a coaching engagement looks like — cadence, focus, and what success looks like for you.

Move forward

Sessions built around your real situation. Honest, practical, and focused on helping you move — not just think.

Not sure if this is right for you?

That's exactly the kind of thing we can sort out in the first call. I'd rather you reach out and decide it's not a fit than stay stuck wondering. Reach out — worst case, I'll point you in a better direction.

Let's see how I can help.
